Sounds like a crappy AV. I can say that's it's completely safe, but obviously you shouldn't take a stranger's word at face value.

Only 2 out of 72 antiviruses were triggered (Elastic and MaxSecure) Searching for MaxSecure brings up posts from people saying it's shady and frequently has false positives. No idea about Elastic, though the very generic "Malicious (moderate Confidence)" implies that it's also guessing.
Make up your own mind though. I won't waste any time trying to convince people about this in the future.
