My Idea on architectures

Can you add a way to research and choose architechtures? Like you start with 8-bit and then research 16-bit and add it to the CPU by choosing about of bits in the creation of the CPU, then the 16-bit milestone can be achievable!

Of course, I won't leave you without a way to achieve those milestones.

My idea was to add architecture types (ex. a standard one, a low power one like ARM etc.) and you'd get experience for developing CPUs on those architectures. More exp means better ways to optimize your products which in practice would reduce time and cost needed.

I understand your idea, but bit architectures make lots of sense as we commonly refer to x86 and x64 as architectures, which do not refer to power or anything, just the bit amount. But most importantly, why do I feel like playing SystemZ right now even though it’s impossible?

What I meant by that is the fact that RISC architectures are best known for being efficient and low-power - like arm. There's a better outline of the idea here.

Still think the self distruct feature should have been planned and a priority feature to add to HT

and maybe have a mile stone for the first explodive cpu on the market

Sorry, AMD will always beat you to it
