Character's feet are raised when idle

Hi, I tried to use the demo and it's brilliant. But it appears that the character's feet are raised in idle state. I wonder if I make something wrong, or whether I can make them just stand on the ground?

Your best bet is to deactivate the default shadows and use those from 8D.

Thanks for your reply. I change the shadows and it looks better, but I wonder if I can modify the idle posture (actually the second frame of walking animation). The idle postures in your released RMMZ sprites look different and better.

Those sprites are from Low and while they look really similar, that are not the same.

Ideally you use a plug-in to be able to use 7 frame animations and you can profit off of using the way more fluent animations.

The best way to solve the feet is to use a plugin to use the real idle motions from the generator. Because it has animations for idle, walks, runs as separate animations, normal rpg maker is using only the walk animation for the walk and idle. But the gen does have the normal idles so they can be used if you set it up.

Thanks for your reply. I see the idle motions in the exported spritesheet, and I wonder which plugin should I select to use them. Gale’s character animation plugin seems not compatible with Visumz.

Have you got any recommendations for such a plugin?

https://hakuenstudio.itch.io/hakuen-studio-character-frames-for-rpg-maker this is one. Also Galv's plugins also have similar.
