Extremely slow answers from Support

Hey there,

I do realize that there is a rule requesting no posts are made about asking how long it will take to get a reply, but even that rule itself says answers are made typically in 1-3 days and the situation has a chance to become quite dire.

We sent a mail to Itch’s support mail with questions regarding taxation in January. It is now the middle of March, and tax season is crawling ever closer - so we’re starting to feel quite anxious.

When can we expect an answer, and what can we as customers do to help Itch help us?
