My suggestion for a theme is Artificial Intelligence since it is becoming more relevant every day, we will see a lot about it in 2019!

I'd like to see an old school RPG theme. The 2D type with monster slaying, fishing, mining and buying items from shops. Retro RPG's are quite popular atm!
