Game displays black screen after changing "title_translated"

Hello everyone. We're trying to change the title screen sprite but it always ends up killing the game. Every single version that we uploaded works, the only one that does not is the one after this single "title_translated" sprite change. I can confirm that both the resolution and file  format are the exact same. My friend that understands way more about this type of stuff said that when replacing the files, for some reason, its attribute changes (as represented in the following image):

Me and my friend have no idea what else could be causing this and why this happens. We we're also unable to change said attribute.
We're highly considering throwing in the towel and leaving it untranslated because we really need to turn this project in today.
If anyone has any idea how to fix this, we would be very grateful if you could offer some suggestions.
Thanks.

I'm having the same issues. What's worse, the ddl is approaching and I'm stuck with a 1.0 version where I've already overwritten the title sprite and a 1.2 version which I can't extract and edit for some reason. Gonna sleep on it and see if the dev team can come up with a solution.

Are those screenshots the files that you are uploading to Itch?

There should be no first subfolder in your ZIP file: https://itch.io/t/3661352/game-breaks-when-changing-poster-translatedpng

After what felt like centuries of recompiling over and over again, I think it finally worked. The end result is not exactly what I was hoping for but I'm so scared of touching the game again that I'll leave it as is, I think...
One thing to note is, similarly to someone on the thread that you sent, the process only worked after downloading a clean copy and working from there.
Anyways, you're a life saver Gnou, thank you very very much.
As for eli_zhang, I hope you are able to fix the problems in time. Try not to get desperate and stay positive :)

Glad to hear you worked it out - looking forward to your game!
