I have to many characters that has Subordinate on it and I wanted to get rid of some by using Factor upgrade but I couldn't

you can just delete (release) them if you go into their social menu.

Just double click the name at the mansion main gui

Is the enslave option still available?

Should definitely add a method to enslave subordinates. There's just more you can do with slaves, especially with the new training system.

I don’t think so. And adding this possibility will contradict the whole point of the Writ Of Exemption. If you want slaves, just don’t give them the Writ Of Exemption and use Enslave instead of Choose Negotiator followed by Attempt to Recruit with the Captured Characters.

There is a shrine that will enslave a subordinate if you cose to send the subordinate to the shrine. Its the ugly that looks like a bunch of mismatched parts

Ho, interesting, I didn’t come across this one so fare but nonetheless that way it don’t seem break to point of the Writ Of Exemption since then it’s by the doing of a divinity.

We could think that it erase the Writ Of Exemption and all legal implication it was bound to from reality for the subordinate.

Where can this sanctuary be found and what kind of offering should be made to it?

shrines (sanctuary) are in found when doing dungeons, they are indicated with a i symbole. As for the offering, as ambergrain mentioned, you just have to ask your subordinate to go to the shrine.

What benefits do slaves have over subordinates?

They don't require a weekly salary and have additional bonuses dependent on the the type of slave they are.
