I am living in India,i fill my tax interview form in nov 2023 until now statues did;t changed and mailed itch.io support team, support say we can;t handle tax related and give me mail id ,i mailed but no single response
The interview is only validated when you request your first payment, not before, and has a cost of $3 that is deducted from your Itch balance.
If you have not sold anything, and if you have not requested payments, then the status of your interview will NOT change. This is explained in the documentation that you were supposed to read and accept when uploading the interview.
i didn’t raise any payment request
first time the status change but after i reapply the tax interview because first time site didn’t ask any tax number ( That is a bug in site )
so i retake the tax interview now the status didn’t change more then 6 month support team not response
