Is Sailor supposed to be the most common background, and Warlock one of the least common? Given that 2d6 is a curve and all.
That’s right! It’s meant to push the more occult and technical professions to the outer edge.
Though mechanically it would break if you used a different system to determine which background (hell, it’ll work with all Troika! backgrounds too)
