The latest version of the itch is 11.0 but the installed version says 10.2. 

How do I install the latest version?

Make sure you're logged into your meta account. Scroll down to version, click on the version number, and switch to the RC channel. This channel is used to test updates before they're released to the production channel. The app should update itself on your headset after a couple minutes.
