This is a problem
Anti-Cold Armor is a heavy armor, Anti-Heat Armor is a light armor, and Anti-Magic armor is a magic armor type. Characters can't equip all types of armor, but it changes depending on the class. You can probably equip the armor on other characters.
I finally realized that, but it was still unselectable until I made new copies AFTER fulfilling Armory upgrade, despite having remainng extras.
