i submitted a request for payout for the first time and i noticed it said 10-12 days with initially bummed me out but got over it, but now I’m going on day 17 and still haven’t been paid. I have 3 payout requests active atm and was wondering if i should contact support about this to see if there was a problem on my end?

A payout can take that long if there are many transactions to check. Site text isn't updated very often.
