Yes I tried to contact the ItchIO Support team, but after four tries and 12 days they still haven’t responded.
Itchio is one of my main income sources and my biggest platform to share my work. I have about 8 games with monthly blogs, good quality and steady downloads.
Suddenly my account got restricted for being flagged for spam. Nothing to do for me other than email the support.
So I search for help here, is there any fellow developer out there that knows what I can do to get my site online again?
