I just have to ask does "restricted" mean permanently banned? I would like to know
It looks like you’ve received multiple warnings for unsolicited advertising on other people’s pages. Yet you keep doing it again after the warning expires. If you don’t stop then you will be permanently blocked from posting, and the page that you are advertising may also be deindexed. Is there something you’re not understanding about the warnings you’re receiving?
Restricted means a limitation on your account, there is no time component by itself. You can be permanently restricted or it can be temporary.
Based on what I can tell, you made an alternate account to promote your page because your first one was restricted. Creating a new account to avoid a existing restriction is considered ban evading and is against the rules.
If you get caught promoting your game in inappropriate places again you, including all your accounts, will be permanently banned and your game page will be shut down. No more warnings.
