Hello! We are YAO!Games, an indie game development team based in Japan. Today, we're excited to introduce our first indie game title, AIS: Artificial Intelligence and Soul, a strategy shooter with a robot tuning mechanic.

AIS is a Top-down Shooter game, but you're not just fighting enemies – you're managing a complex, custom-built AI robot in a world overrun by dangerous, infected machines. Isaac, a determined engineer, refuses to back down while others hide. Alongside Sword, his AI companion made from infected enemy parts, you’ll dive into intense battles where strategy and careful management are key.

Each fight challenges you to fine-tune energy output, combat styles, and monitor Sword’s heat and infection levels. Push it too hard, and Sword might overheat or even get infected, turning against you. The strategic depth comes from knowing when to attack, when to defend, and how to allocate your robot’s limited resources.

Whether you're stunning enemies with Isaac’s stun gun or commanding Sword to slice through foes, every decision counts. Can you keep your AI in peak condition and protect it from the infection that threatens to take control?

  • Isaac's Controls: Isaac can stun enemies and perform melee attacks, but he has low health, so be cautious.
  • Sword's Output Management: Fine-tune your robot's performance. For example, you can adjust its gun to fire stronger or faster depending on your strategy.
  • Sword's Heat Management: Be careful with energy usage! If you push Sword too hard, it will overheat and become less effective.
  • Sword's Infection Management: Taking too much damage at once can lead to infection. If infected, Sword will turn against you and become hostile.
  • Three Combat Modes for Sword: Choose between Cover, Melee, or Range modes to adapt your AI robot’s actions to the battle situation.
