Looking for testers with 20 or so minutes to burn

This is a sort of puzzle game featuring a dark gameplay loop where your goal is to save a person from meeting a grim fate. In the description you will find a rough guide on how to complete it, but the purpose of this post is to ask that anyone with a bit of free time explores the different actions you can perform, looking for any way to sequence break or any technical/visual/whatever glitches I may have missed. Feedback in any amount is greatly appreciated, as this is my first game and I'm working alone. Progress has been slowing down as far as adding new assets and story elements due to all the testing I'm doing.

Hello. I tested it. I was unable to go past the two houses on the third screen but I can offer you some feedback on the experience.

Very good. Nice eerie soundtrack. Nice and smooth screen transitions. The starting map outside the church building was  cool very basic but bleak and effective.  As a lover of the original Gameboy I appreciate these type of games a lot. Good stuff and good luck for the future.

Thanks for checking it out! Currently there is nothing beyond the two houses, for now I'm going back and refining what I already have made. What sort of buildings do you think would fit in?

Ruined haunted buildings. Few lakes maybe. Old crates

Hi ! I gave the game a test, a review and a rating :D Hoping the feedback helps! Take the moment to finish up the game, it’s super good for a first!!! Scope is fantastic - nothing too crazy. And it’s perfect for Halloween!

Thanks a bunch! The game's hardly been seen so it's a slight struggle to keep myself motivated, but the interaction I have gotten really helps. And at the pace I'm going I think it's feasible to have it in a better state by Halloween.

Forgive my newness, but how do I find reviews outside of this community post? And did you come across anything game breaking?

Hey! No problem at all :D ! I understand fully about the interaction being a nice motivator. I am working on a game ATM called Brick Breaker Lightspeed ( https://silverlock-media.itch.io/brick-breaker-lightspeed ) which I wasn’t going to continue working on but seeing my younger sister enjoy it… Well, now I really want to polish it nice 👍

And seriously I had to hunt for the answer to your question! It’s so hidden! To review ratings: Game Dashboard > Edit Your game > Interact > Ratings and Reviews. Hopefully you can see the text writeup I gave :)

Nothing game breaking POSSIBLY. I wasn’t able to find the witch scrying but maybe that’s because it wasn’t obvious enough for me.

And best of luck with it 😃 Gonna be cool little title to have done! By Halloween – you are doing it right \o/
