How do i leave the BJ minigame room?

I feel like there is supposed to be a way out but I have tried every convo and direction but I can't leave the top area with the two pink guys. Is this a bug or am I just stupid?

If you can't move at ALL, make sure you're on the most current version, there was an old bug with that. If you can move but can't leave, be sure you interact with that little green sparkle there.

I can move fine and I’m in the most recent update but I just can’t leave the top area above the green sparkle.

Does the door you entered that upper area from work? Have you tried using the interact key instead of just pressing against it (I forget which it is here, and it might be inconsistent between the sides)?
