Check the console and read the available commands on the right, should be one to disable this stuff (Note, it does not save between reloads, you need to input the commands again.)
SND.Toggle Radar_Sonar, SND.Toggle Radar_Ent and SND.Toggle Detector are likely the 3 you wanna toggle. Wish they carried over between save loads, lol. put those into the server room computer. Push enter after each one.
