Can I break/craft these into scrap or anything useful?
Metal Sheet
Power block (a computer tower)
Empty Can (the ones from eating, trash ones are able to be turned into Scrap Metal, but not the ones you eat from it seems; even if they are empty)
Shelf (the blue shelf, looks to be made out of plastic)
Filing Cabinet

filing cabinets are non breakable containers, so explosions wont break em, and the hammer and wrench are potential weapons (not great ones, but not as bad as say a stick.) otherwise most if not all of that stuff can be shredded to make trash piles, or thrown into the incinerator to generate fuel. probably not much fuel though. most of those things can also be sold with the sell gun, though not the file cabinet or computer parts.
