I have two questions about my game on itch.io.

Question 1: I recently noticed that the title of my interactive fiction is also used by another work, which is a novel and isn’t on itch.io. Could this cause issues if I decide to sell my work in the future? If I do need to change the name, how will that affect it on itch.io? Specifically:

• Will changing the name break any paths for people who have already added it to their collections?
• Will it still appear in relevant searches?
• Could this trigger any issues or "red flags" with moderators?

What’s the best course of action to handle this?

Question 2: When I first posted it, I mistakenly used the "adult" tag because I didn't fully understand what it entailed. After doing some research, I realized it wasn’t the right description for my game, so I removed it. However, when I click on "related games," it still shows games with tags I originally used. Is there a way to fix this?
