If you didn't receive an automated confirmation, your e-mails might have been lost. Not sure what you can do in this situation.

If it helps debug the issue, I don’t see any support requests in our system from the same email on your account.
Might be worth having a functional email sorted out in case you have figure issues with accounts or purchases.
