I saw that there where alot of particles so would this game require a farily decent pc or could lets say a $200 computer could handle this game?

So far I've had only one report of the game flat out not running on someone's machine.
If you have one of those graphics card that is almost not a graphics card you may be in trouble. Any card made by either AMD or nvidia made in the last 8 years is probably ok? I haven't tested it extensively.
