I have been trying to contact itch io support for months and I haven't got any response. I have tried to send gmails to itch io support and I am sure that they have been sent to the right address, because I have got the mail that says that my mail has been received. I have sent my mails from my personal account but I hope that someone could help me to reach out to itch io support privately.
