I wish you make an option with payment, so I can buy it with a card, since I can't use PayPal.
PayPal is not available in my country that's why. (I only wanted to buy the game in itch)

Hi! From what I know, you can pay using a credit card, MasterCard, and similar options.

If these payment methods aren't available in your region, please let me know.

I also had the issue paying. I had the option to use only PayPal. It almost stopped me from buying the game, because I don't like their conditions.

Anyways, it seems you need to configure the settings on your account as a creator to allow Stripe besides PayPal. You can do it here:

Just to clarify, we do offer Stripe as a payment option.

From past purchases, I know some customers have successfully used Stripe to buy the game, but I’m not sure if anything has changed recently.

No worries, I bought the game through PayPal, this worked, regardless if I liked it or not. But I just wanted to point out there could be some options missing for others through Stripe.

But I already have it and just wait for the official release. :)

Help me I bought the game from Gumroad and the License Key is not working and showing me this ⬇️

I bought the Bundle so.... and can I still access the game in itch even though I bought it in Gumroad?

Hi, since we’ve made and updated the latest version on Steam, when you purchase the game on Itch or Gumroad, we’ll send you a Steam key to redeem the game.

May I know if you’re having any issues redeeming the game, or is it simply that you prefer not to play it on Steam?

since I already downloaded the game and I don't want to download again in Steam so......how will I get the new License Key to play the game that I downloaded from Gumroad link.

Hi, sorry for the late reply—I just reinstalled my Windows OS because it was having some issues. :(((

The Steam version is the latest, up-to-date version. If you'd like to play it right now, you can redeem the Steam key I sent you via email.

As for the itch/Gumroad version, we haven't updated it to the latest yet, so the download you got from Gumroad is an older version.

If you'd prefer to play the itch/Gumroad version, I hope you can wait about a week or more. After we release Lancelot 2, we'll return to updating the itch/Gumroad versions, since some supporters can't access Steam to redeem the game.
