Hi!

So I was made aware about 48 hours ago that my game page was quarantined by itch (I had the page password protected for a bit while I was testing the game so I think that’s what did it…)

Anyway I contacted their support team two days ago but in the mean time I noticed that I still get a few downloads here and there…does that mean the page is not quarantined anymore?

The page in question: https://esiotek.itch.io/gambelo

and my ticket number if needed: 253232

I can’t see myself if the game is still quarantined or not so the all situation is a bit confusing to me…

It still is. I've let our admins know.

Thank you

To my knowledge quarantine entails not being indexed and there being a warning when trying to download something. It does not entail blocking said download.

oh I see. That explains why I still get downloads, I guess some people just ignore the warning.

Closing this since page is no longer under restriction.

I can confirm that quarantine only shows a warning, and does not outright block downloads. People can bypass the quarantine warning to still download a page.
