i have polarity and frequency are fluctuating on 1/10%, 1/100 %. How to fix it, i calibrated radio telescopes, but problem didnt solve. i remember i somehow fixed it in last games but now idk what to do

Weather usually mess's with those two sliders.

You can buy a module and delete that factor entirely and have your polarity and frequency sliders stay right where they are.
