I CANT BUY A SINGLE FUCKING THING BECAUSE EVERY FUCKING TIME IT SAYS MY MASTERCARD IS DECLINED, AND IT STILL TAKES THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT GIVING ME WHAT I FUCKING PAYED FOR! JUST PUTTING THIS HERE BECAUSE THEY DON'T SEEM TO READ THEIR FUCKING EMAIL!

this is not how credit cards work. you probably just have a pending charge on your account and your money is not gone.

also, if the card was declined, you actually did not pay for anything.

if there was no typo anywhere, ask the bank that gave you the card what the problem is.

I agree, this is what is most likely going on. If you go to your banking app or account to view your transaction history, it should say something like "pending" next to your payment to itch.io

If it doesn't fix itself after a few days, contact the bank
