So , this time , I actually made a great assets pack which is full of sprites, with many keyboard icons and controller icons , and even with an animated controller image, and the asset is fully free.

my assets pack did very good for like first 4 days it released then it now gets very less views.

i searched my asset pack using tags and found it at the top of the page of 2d pixel art , controller tags in the first 4 days.

now it's buried down the page a little bit.

i want to know the reason my assets pack went down , even though it's better than most ones , here is how it looks :

so i need to find why is it at the bottom of the page , considering i have got 8 ratings and all of them are 5 stars

i also posted a devlog about a new major update , my asset didn't get in the top though .

so what should i do to stay in the top

Don't search global assets. Search your nieche. You are on page 1 in this one.

You can't compare assets for gamepads with assets for rpg maker tiles or whatever is popular in assets overall. There are 200 controller assets and 20000 pixel art assets.

You might influence how easy people find the asset, but how to be better than your direct competion would be your expertise.
