After 26 days, multiple mails to support and a community post, Support said there was tax info needed to be re-filed. So I filled in what was asked & replied to give the OK & get things restarted (as they instructed me to).
We're now another 10 days later and there has been no confirmation nor other response from support if the review was in fact 'retriggered' or anything else is blocking.
Can anybody help get this looked at by support please?
