During the traitor questline is a part where you enter the living area of the nobles during the night. This is the only moment in which the guard is gone and you can enter that area.
Really?! That suck then, I'm on the end game right now and just finishing some side quests not doing the Last Chance mission until I finished all the side quests and other stuffs. XD
