Hi guys

So to be short, i want to you to give some sort of ideas for my hobby projet during quarantine. My goal is to create a yt series of devlog, much like zyger, thinmatrix, randall (and so on..).

I want it to be fully community driven, yet it's hard to start without a community, so to start with, i want to gather something here. It does not have to be a complete game idea, I appreciate every detail, and of course as once a theme formed, I will focus on fulfill everything related to that but the community will be orientating to that as well (at least i hope).

EDIT: the size of the project is not fixed, but i wish i could continue it until the end of the quarantine time.

Can you give some restrictions so it is easier ? On what platform do you want to dev ? 2D or 3D?

What genre of game?

yeah i agree.  Im on board but i need a few starting guidelines!  :)

Sorry! I missed that its limited on 2D

the platform can be varying, i always loves to find ways for different platforms, or different control ideas so I don't want to bother you with these type of restrictions

i want you to go on, let it out whats in your mind, what could be sort of interesting as a game, be truly free and open minded ^^

this means i dont want any specify any genre (but i guess everyone had enough from simple "platformer adventure" games)

Count me in! Just an idea, but if your project will rely so heavily on the comunity you could make like a point and click adventure or something like that about the comunity itself. The youtube comenters can be characters and you can even ask them how their characters would react in certain situations. Also if you are planning to use a community of developers like itch.io you can hide some easter eggs of the projects people are working on too. I think that would be fun and will attract more people.

Again, its just an idea so regardles you use it or not you can still count me in the community, it sounds fun!
