The jam was extended by a few days. The new deadline is September 30th. Even those who have already submitted the game have the possibility to make changes before the new deadline!
The list of submitted games will not be visible until the beginning of the voting phase, so you can certainly publicize your game but I ask you the courtesy not to do so in this community before that date.
