Hello dear Gadnoof,
I'm sorry but it was too hard for me. I encountered strange circular creatures that I couldn't defeat. So I decided to end my journey on a tree stump, smoking weed and listening to birds. I believe my time is better used like that.
Sincerely, Mr Hobs
PS: I think I'm going to live like a hermit and grow a beard, like you.
Dear Mr. Hobs,
This is Gadnoof, I don't feel like writing a letter right now so frick off.
But cool life decision.
(end line thing where I need to put sincerely and my name but im too lazy)
I believe this concept has great potential for expansion. Adding more elements of balance, variance, and new features could further solidify its foundation. Also, increasing the vertical scrolling speed might enhance the gameplay experience. Overall, a solid experience!
It's supposed to scroll slowly. The game is based on "bean burrito" levels in Mario Maker 2. Levels designed to be awful to play. They usually have you repeat the same precise/ tedious action over and over for as long as possible, and one mistake sends you back to the very beginning. This game is incredibly long and boring, and that is intentional. And just like beating a Mario level, (spoilers) - - - the ending is not satisfying in the slightest. The only satisfaction is accomplishment. I hope this helps explain my design decision to make it scroll slowly and thanks for the feedback.
A good challenging game! The most struggling part for me is sometimes it require a mouse click to confirm and sometime it need a Enter key, it is better if it is more unified.
true. there was something in the code that kept me from using mouse controls that one time so I used enter. i don't remember what it was i'll taake a look rq. *edit: nope it was just laziness lol. yea take points off for that mb mb.
