Nice game, I thought the player can't pass the lines but he can! the sprites are cute and clear even when it's so small, good idea and good work!

That was great! I loved the atmosphere of the game. :)
The commands were easy to learn and it was fun to try to free all the prisonners.
My duty as a wizard has been accomplished. I saved 28 people! (until they get eaten by monsters...)

The death animation for the enemies is very satisfying and really loved the overall sprite work and choice of colour palette.
Got confused on my first playthrough when I accidentally pressed the Space key halfway through and it restarted the level, but that's more of a me problem for pressing things that I shouldn't have.

Really pretty game! Love the fact that you are faced with the harsh reality that you can't save everyone, including yourself! But for once the cursed object has been used for good, so at least that's something. The sprites are wonderful and the magic feels powerful to use, the story really elevated the whole thing! Really great submission!
