The use of paper as the theme in a 1-bit jam was very smart! I think the art needed to be a bit clearer though, understanding the backgrounds wasn't very easy so I'm glad the level design wasn't too complicated. However, great job on making some unique characters in a unique world, I think it would be great to see more from them without the limitations of the jam!

Nice game, Glad you could participated! ;)

I completed it. It was fun, but the transformation ability could be used more in the levels. I used the little ball form all the time, it made the platforming easier.
The walls often blend with the background and it's hard to see the actual platform.
The characters were cute!

All the characters and their dialogue is really cute, I love that about this game. The platforming in the levels wasn't particularly different between levels but it was still fun to play through the game. Overall a nice submission, great work :)

Very nice and relaxing platform game! The paper-like background confuses a bit at first, but it fits perfectly on the general mood of the game! Good job!

Nicely done. The GameBoy is an excellent platform for this kind of game jam. Good choice.
Thanks!
great game i loved the dialogue specially when the main character blushed
😊
This was cute and fun! I liked the general art direction and the concept of using office utensils. The paper aesthetic gave me vibes of the old Sega Genesis game boxes. I did think it was hard to tell the difference between the background and the objects at times since they were all the box-grid style. Would have been cool to have a boss battle with The Hand. The ending cutscene showed 4 pieces of paper with one of them torn, so I don't know if I missed something or if that was artistic storytelling. Also, the wall jumping was pretty finicky. Overall, a fun entry with a fun aesthetic that was a great fit for the jam. Oh, and I loved the music!
Thank you so much! I agree, I should make a boss fight for The Hand. I'll start to make one when I get better at making boss fights and after the jam.
