Cool game, its the first time i see the screen becoming totally black (or grey) for as long as you want but the game keeps on going, that's a very interesting concept.

I got to level 3 or 4, the difficulty spike is quite big.

Great result for 7 days! keep up the good work

Please rate my game too :)

Very nice idea that fits the theme well!

As some others have suggested a sort of way for the player to get some spacial awareness when it's dark would be handy and maybe make it a bit more forgiving.

Although I'm not very good at platformers, so maybe it's just me struggling haha.

Real interesting gimmick! Very hard little game, but interesting nonetheless.

I would suggest, as a way to make the game not as frustrating for the player (or as an option, mayhaps), to make it so you know where the player is, or just give slight hints of it, so you don’t feel as lost in the dark.

Instead of making the player constantly face difficult challenges, you can make them repeat tasks, which makes the player feel like he is in a bit more control of the game at times. That is my suggestion though, being quite the casual myself hahaha

Thanks for the feedback! I am definitely considering adding better level design and effects while in the dark, but, being a very inexperienced gamedev, this was about as much as I could come up with in the timeframe.

I get that! It was still quite impressive you were able to come up with this game in the timeframe by yourself!! I would highly suggest you to continue tweaking it for a little bit before moving to your next project. That will give you many insights into what to focus on your next games designs!

Really cool idea. It would be even better with sound effects, because then you can hear your actions in the dark!

That's a really good idea, but it was my first ever game, so I've never really worked with audio in unity before, it might be something I add in the future though.  Thanks for the feedback!
