One of the best player-switching games! The levels are well done, the graphics are awesome and love the tutorials as well. Really doesn't give off that game-jam game vibe and feels like a finished game!
Would've liked to play this game with two players so there would be a co-op option. As for gameplay, the right player is more powerful than the left, you can shoot the left side and not needing to use a sword because the character health is low so having more restrictions with where to shoot would make the two characters more balanced.
That was incredibly fun! The only thing is I encountered a bug where I could rise to the top after dying to a spike in level 5 though.
Bro, the others comments put better than me. Like this is very high level of game dev, congrats on the submission!
man, WHAT A SPLENDID GAME! FOR GOD'S SAKE YOU ARE TOO GOOD AT BEING A GAME DEVELOPER! BRO!
(I have nothing to criticize)
This was incredibly fun! The sounds and music were great, the art was great and the polish was phenomenal, especially considering the tight timeframe. One criticism I do have however is that with how the camera works, you can't tell what changes have been made by a lever until you switch characters. It also could be interesting to have both characters work together on the same plane in some levels, though I understand that could cause issues. While some more levels would be nice, it's a jam project so the shorter length is completely understandable. Overall it's an amazing project with plenty of room to grow in the future.
Thanks for playing and for the feedback :)
My point was creating 2 different worlds that some changes in one will affect the other, but i did feel kinda weird that u're not always able too ser what actually change on the other plane. I have in mind for a quick cinematic view but it may halt the game for a few moments, we'll see :)
Seeing bith of them on the same plane for some weird level is a great idea!!!! Thanks!
That is WAY TOO GOOD for 7 days. Really reminds me of Fireboy and Watergirl
also we got really similar ideas lol
Very cool, music and sound effects were great. Even though I like the dialogue, I felt the text changed too slow.
already added text speed as a configurable time on the next patch, some people read faster than others.
Thanks for the feedback! :)
Very fun game, made easier when I realised that Blickie could shoot the characters on the left side too! Could do with a little polishing on ladders and jumping, but very solid and fun game.
Great game, and excellent use of the Light & Dark theme!
Great game, liked the theme and the gorgeous art and animations.
I think one thing that could be improved is the feeling of the platforming / jumping, could be slightly easier to do jumps on (as it can be hard to gauge right for jumps).
A very well polished game with a great cohesive theme and style :).
Awesome game, fun with a bit of a challenge. The platforming feels really good and has great physics. All in all, a great game, keep it up!
Great concept. The black and white effect is really well done too. Liked it.
Really Cool Game Implementation
Cool game, good platforming feel. Good job !
Good job. The platforming felt very snappy and the particle effects and squish animations were great.

Good game! Loved the visuals on it. The sound design is great.
so good!
Amazing game! Creative idea to combine tutorial and main menu! Simple mechanics, but increasingly harder levels. Very good controls. Well rounded and solid game! :)
