Really cool game! I managed to get into a groove and make it to 300 on hard before realizing the timer was bugged lol, it had me super focused on the gameplay!

Developer

You have found the secret time cheat code! Clicking fast enough that the timer has no time to go down, ahah.

Very charming and well executed. Lovely to look at and challenging enough to be fun without being too stressful. I have also made a couple of games based on the stroop effect so I was already a fan of the mechanics! Great job.

One suggestion: some uptempo but soothing background music would help a lot with the vibe

This was one of my favorite entries so far! A proper brain breaker!

This is so unreasonably hard, and I don't understand why. Why does the brain think it's hard. What is wrong with my brain. Anyway, I got 24 on hard. I'm pretty proud of that. The game and the page look very nice!

Developer

Thank you! It is supposedly difficult because our brain is getting contradictory information and thus takes longer to parse it. The mind is a crazy place.

Fun concept! definitely took me a second or two but I got the hang of it. I did run into a bug where if I was clicking fast enough the timer seemed to hang and then start back up if I paused.

Really fun and quick concept. On my first try I got the idea wrong and tried matching the text instead of the color. I was wondering why I got -18

Developer

Yeah, I kind of figured out early on that having instructions was a must, ahah. The task itself is meant to be confusing after all.

nice, cozy little game. Vidal. how about a little music to match it and maybe a couple appropriate SFX for when we select correctly or incorrectly? and, if you’re feeling up for it, save our personal high scores? :)

Developer

Thank you for the feedback. The lack of music is mostly due to the engine's limitations, unfortunately!
