The visuals are extremely creative, I really liked it. Toilet was too big compared to me though, was scared to flush :D.
Great job on the spookiness aspect of the game as well :)
Thank you and haha, maybe from now the player should go inside the toilet rather then behind it ? Lol :)
I might found a bug , i got all the trash at the start and nothing hapened when i got on the carpet, i looked around and didnt know what i can do afterwards, cool game nice visuals
Okayy, it's wierd cuz not anyone else told me that and they were able to finish the game is there any more details I can get
Ohhh you might be standing on the blood carpet you should stand on the carpet seen at the start of the game
oh my god i didnt even see the carpet there XD
you can def remove the carpet on the lving room and just replace it with bloodstains so people arent confused, ill try finish your gam
surely, i will do that, btw did you finish the game ??? if yes which ending good bad
i like the good ending hehe
Oooh! nice :)
Wow! The game really gives the spooky mysterious vibe. Loved it! I was expecting some sort of ghost or monster chasing the player at some point that would have been really fun or any sort of action. Great work!!
yeahhh, did thought to add that also in the maze but wasn't able to cuz of the Time crunch i had it was entirely made in 4 days
As you made this game for the jam so you just put a simple task as a gameplay which is okay because of time constraints but I have a story for this game. Where a kid finds a console somewhere and start playing games on it but he doesnt know that this console is possesed and one day the console traps the kid inside. Now he need to find a way get out of this console. This could be a good adventure game. You can expand on this game with this story after jam ends if you want.
I think to do expand on this game, and your idea just sparked me to do something like you said
And also I really appreciate you helping me out with this game :)
cool game! love the visuals
Thanks !
I like it. Good atmosphere!
Thank you,it feels good that you all seem to like it:)
Nice game.. with horror elements
Thank you, I am glad you liked it
Really nice game it look grate with the lighting !!
i had issues with collision when trying to pick the object
I had good ending! i flushed the toilet 😅
Yup, I am aware of the collider issue , I will fix them as soon as the jam ends
The game has a very interesting idea, and this is the first time I've seen something like this. One of the problems I noticed was that when trying to pick up an item, I had to press the space bar several times, which was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't stop me from enjoying the experience. Congratulations on the game!
Thank you,
I did knew the problem beforehand but didn't know why was it occuring
I think it was bc of the post processing effects(lens distortion) that made it difficult to identify the correct area where to press space
I see. One of the things I also noticed is that the character passes over some sprites, and some collider issues. But that didn't bother me, they are just tips for future adjustments. Congratulations again on the game!
Ooh, you are right I was a bit lazy when setting up colliders but appreciate that you told me , I will also add that to my to do list
Btw which ending you got ?
Good or bad
The good ending! lol
Niceeeee !
An interesting idea to take advantage of this art style and the console concept would be to create several minigames within it. The player could choose which minigame they want to play, without having to create long experiences. Additionally, you could reuse some mechanics between games, saving development time. Another option would be to release separate minigames, but keeping the same art style and console concept, creating a cohesive package of games. I loved this idea, it looks amazing! Hahaha.
Woooaah,relax mate that's a lot
I also thought to make something similar at the start but then quickly realised it was to out of scope for me
Cuz I only worked for like 4 days
But definitely something I would like to dive deep into the future
Just throwing out ideas hahaha, I don't know how you're going to proceed with this, but I wish you success!
The ideas you have are very nice and interesting so, they would definitely help me go to the limits with this game
