Ye this is in a rough state.
GarbageBunny said everything I want to say, so not going to write all that down.

I like the theme implementation in the game, I think it is a nice concept.
Take the learning experience and Keep Going!

You saved a lot of time by not having to model, texture and animate yet the game feels very unfinished. By saving so much time I'd expect to see a lot more. Better interactions, AI that does not just stop attacking and leave me after few seconds, keys somehow visible, not losing the sword when it's not drawn ... why do I even have to draw the sword and shield when after drawing them I just keep them out and spam the attack? The idea of the game is not bad but this is a very rough concept.

I really appreciate your feedback! And you're 100% right! This game is very rough indeed, and I spent hours trying to flesh things out on my own. I stayed away from exterior sources to see what I know, and what I need to work on still. The AI was one of the biggest bothers for me, and prior to this I had only touched on basic AI not driven by a behavior tree. Next time I will definitely make use of all resources available to me so that it's a better experience to play.

Nice concept but the controls were really tough for me. The attack animation in my opinion was too slow, and I would of liked to see a damage animation when I hit them.
