This was very good, well done!

Very nice idea and game.
Love the idea of the different abilities and painting the terrain. Music sound and art are lovely.
This is a hard game and that is just fine.

Very Nice puzzle game you got here.
The mechanics of the game going up and down with limited water is really smart.

The only thing that I had some problems with was the controls.  I think that comes down to the keybinds only being shift and spacebar. Maybe I would get used to them after playing longer but I so often clicked spacebar instead of shift and vice versa. I think like Q and E would have been better.
Or even the game would be way better on a controller :D
I think maybe a key bind system (understand it is hard for a short gamejam)

The puzzles were good. Keep it up this is Good.

Very well done, that was cute and fun.
I think the Rain was a little OP I just upgraded that always and it was fully on I did nothing else after that.

That was fun to play, after a minute or so there were so many bombs it just became about staying away from everything.
Agree with others about the graphics.

running away from the enemies and making them just follow you was too easy. just run to the next light pick it up turn around and flick it. Making better AI is almost impossible in such a short jam so I understand that.
Some parts were too dark, maybe it was supposed to be that way.

You have an interesting idea here, it is worth doing some work on it, Keep it up!

Weaknesses and resistances is something that is part of the idea but we had to cut it because of time. :D
We are currently working on fleshing the idea out more and restructuring everything. ( the code is a mess LOL )
The plan is to work on this more.

The concept is amazing!

the game is in desperate need of timers for the change and ability cooldowns. I get you had to implement the theme but I think this concept might even just be better without the theme and the human form.

Even so, as an early prototype, this is really something, the art is top-notch, so keep going.

An amazing game you have for being made in that time frame.

I like the different spells you get and how the mana works you kill to get more mana.

This was really fun.

The concept is amazing and I would love to see this developed more.
How grabbing and dragging objects was a little annoying sometimes. Still amazing with the time we all had.

Beautiful game. Liked how fast-paced it was and power-ups idea gives the game a lot.

Would have liked to see the power-ups you got to show up on the UI.  Fun to see how much gun speed or movement speed you have gotten. Or maybe show it at the end of the level.

Felt the negative pickups did little as you could just grab everything and you would always end up with a positive in the end with everything.

Going to echo others the visuals are stunning.

Other than that I did not feel a whole from the game. Running and finding a recharge station to stand there for some time to charge was not that great. Maybe because the monster did not come at all to me.

But with the short time we had on this jam, you got something that is visually stunning and an idea that is interesting, Just needs some more work. Keep it up.

I like the theme implementation in the game, I think it is a nice concept.

I like the idea but it needs some work.
The main thing would be some kind of tutorial or something to get you trough the start and what to do.
The minigames are nice and add a lot to the game.

Interesting idea.
The visuals are amazing but the game is lacking, as in something to do. It is a little boring atm.
With some work, this can become something.

The melting mechanic is very interesting. You definitely got something here. Keep going!

I enjoyed that a lot, even though I had a couple of bugs.
The game would sometimes crash on me and just fully freeze up.
Another one is I sometimes randomly became the red power-up, the flying thing.

Besides that a good game, some balance tweaks as I kinda of just broke the game and kept myself alive forever by just always picking loose it and becoming the red flying spinning thing, I did that the first run.
Runs after that one, I picked the proper abilities always and the game became really fun and challenging.

Art style I LOVE!
When I had saved 12 people patients just stopped coming.
A couple of things I would like to see improved is a proper indication on the minigame where to place the ingredients, they often just kept falling for me, or just make the collider larger.
Some music at least and even better some sound effects :D.

This has potential and is one of the better games I have played so far in the Jam. Keep up the work.

LOL - not a lot to say after that experience, I don't know what I am feeling from playing this....

This can be improved a lot, but I say start with what others have said and that is enemy navigation.

I did manage to find the end, but only after reading a comment here that it was at the top.

Liked the art a lot in this game and the use of the theme here is a nice touch.
This game I think would benefit a lot from having more to choose from, like what genre your game is going to be and also what things you are working on and making your focus, like art, code, gameplay, and so on.

Probably the best theme implementation of the whole Jam!

Really enjoyed this, those red fast armored guys are fast! I had a problem with the first level they appeared I think it was level 6, Finally managed to do it only to die a couple of levels later to a massive Mage in a ?cave?.

Most of the things I would like to see improved upon have been mentioned before, as GarbageBunny69 said spell icons instead of books would be nice.

And I kinda ended up doing the same thing as shano19 just mashing all keybinds to remove the gimmick. I have no idea how that could be fixed tough.

Would have loved some sound :D

Thank you for those words. It means a lot.
The plan is to continue working on it. Taking the week while GameJam voting is ongoing to flesh the idea out more and sort things out properly, the code is a mess at the moment LOL.

Yeah we figured it would confuse people it even confuses us sometimes still. But work on damage animations is on the todo list after a small tutorial.

Yes. Slay the Spire is a big influence on this project, along with others for what we want to do. Like Darkest Dungeon and Backpack Hero.

Took a little getting used to how the double jump works. seems you go higher the faster you jump.
Some of the jumps seemed to be a little tight.
Some problems with the colliders, I fell through the floor a couple of times and kinda of cheated at one stage by getting stuck on the walls between colliders I think. 

I can see where you want to go with the theme and I think it can work wonders in a platformer like this.
Keep up the work, would love to see this get something more.

Nice interesting game. Played it a couple of times and managed to defeat the boss twice.

Would suggest that the boss would stop while selecting, I died a couple of times because he moved on top of me while in selection mode.
The red laser beam could use some kind of indication of where it is going to come from, so you have a chance to avoid it.
Good job on the game tough, love all the different abilities the boss has.

This was a nice experience my kind of game. Love puzzle games.

Would have loved some sounds or music.
Fairly straightforward to expand this by creating more levels and different dangers. Keep up the good work.

I agree with what others have said the wall jumping is a little strange. Could use a rework maybe or as Galexy says the character speed might fix it.
After a couple of tries, I kinda got used to it tough and did manage a Gold medal!

I just Spent way too much time playing this.  The flying was really fun. I loved it!
The end was a nice touch.

Second best card game. :P :D

That was quite fun. 
I had a bug,  where suddenly I could not click two of the cards, I think it happened because I failed and clicked the correct cards before those had a chance to flip back over.

Really liked the power ups you can get. They add a lot to the game loop.

YES! :D  you can choose your two starting spells from any of the schools. By clicking the spell icons. Those lists should also populate with further spells if you kill the boss with any of the unknown spells. 
We wish we had had some time to make a small tutorial. Work has already started on it!
