This is exceptionally cute! I found the controls a bit hard to get my fingers around, but I fell into the swing of it pretty quickly. I definitely felt the stress of running a popular café! I would have liked the bots to be a bit cheaper, so the player can have fun with them a bit sooner: I never got up to 3000 gold.
The first time I played, items got generated around me such that I couldn’t move – that confused me a lot until I restarted.
very neat concept, the game looks pretty cute
Thank you for the kind words!
This is a pretty fun idea and cute idea for a non violent roguelike, I think the execution needs some polish as it feels hard to control with so many buttons. I think having a single button would be better for future updates based on the needed interaction like in dinner dash :)
Thank you! I think you're right about the controls. I started out in the traditional roguelike fashion with many commands, like open, close, sit etc. but I decided to simplify it to fit on a gamepad. You're perfectly right though, I think a lot of people have been confused by the controls so I should probably have boiled it down even more.
bIt confused..but i like the charactersʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔ
Very cute!
I won't judge because I am stuck at the first tutorial page, when I click it disappears and I can't do anything but click things :(
Sorry about that! Thanks for letting me know, I think I’ve fixed it now 😅
