Innovative title name! Probably one of the best game title-screen images I have seen in a while!
Due to the wall coloring theme, I initially thought this was a game inspired by Backrooms, but it is just a nice coincidence.
The game feels and plays good. You can play with keyboard too, which makes navigation control so much easier (I used WASD + Q and E, but you can use other layouts).

Although I am not a big fan of dungeon crawlers, I am sure once the game is complete and running at its full potential, dungeon crawler fans will appreciate it.
The game offers a good base for future development and I would like to see the game completed which may include more enemies. Keep up the good work!

Suggestion: Please add a slow paced creepy horror ambient sound/music.

very atmospheric! I like little bits of text "So Alone" "I Hate Dust" etc. very funny! Will have to have a look at your code to see how this dungeon crawler wizardry is done, it's very clever! The sense of urgency and dread when you're low on power and looking for your next charger adds to the tension.

Really interesting tech in your game, 3D maze crawling at that! Transitions, mini-map, mouse interaction, etc were all smooth and well done but yeah it seems like I do suck, as I got turned around quite a bit and run out of power.

An interesting first person adventure, although rather unforgiving at first you do get to make some decent progress on subsequent tries, very cool project!

I had to play this game on suped up emulator settings as playing at A1200 speeds the game would freeze for 5 seconds between every move and I didn't have the patience for that. The interface is really nice and the mini map works well once you work it out. Overall I can see the making of a great little game. But definitely in need of some sfx to add atmosphere. Nice looking title screen and intro logos.

Great maze/dungeon in the building. I enjoy drawing map on paper. It looks base implementation for walking through the map is done. I want to see & play items and events that happens to vacuume. The graphics and design of vacuume is great too!  Great work!

That title screen is amazing and the in-game graphics aren't that shabby either.  This has the makings of a really good game - don't stop after the competition.  Very impressive dungeon crawler.  Well done!

The "game" was an interesting experience.

We found charging stations, but we somehow couldn't pick up things from the ground.

It was the first time my son played a game like this and he had fun searching the levels for doors and charging stations.
Please do not stop working on this game :-)

Glad your son had fun exploring.
Yeah, It was a hard call to remove the ability to collect items, there was an issue with it, which caused a nasty crash. Just tell your son the vacuum has no arms haha.
if he asks why he can't just vacuum it up, well I have no answer.

Items will be added back to the next release after the Jam is over.

There is so much potential here, I hope you will find joy in developing this further. The dungeon crawling is really good. Running on WinUAE, sometimes I double turn when turning around with the keyboard, but that's a minor nitpick. I really like the humor in your game and I literally laughed at your gosub joke (I'll leave it at that as not to spoil it).

I know that you feel it's just a tech demo, but to get it as far as you have in such a constrained time period is nothing short of astounding.

Great job!
