Lots of great homages and some explicit copying of Faith (which is okay! thats how art works). The gameplay in this is relatively slow (meant literally with walking speed) and very unclear (e.g. grabbing the key, breaking the door down). Otherwise it is a nice little game, even though the outcome was more or less expected.

I did particularly like the stairs walking downstairs of all things, kind of random I know. Also CRT off is always a great option, appreciation for that.

congrats on the release.

Loved it! It plays like an old horror movie. Great lovecraftian vibes! I only wish the movement speed was a tiny bit faster. Like maybe 1.2-1.3 times faster. Enjoyed the whole experience immensely!

Note: I have never played Faith, but I am familiar with it.

I liked this game. I love creepy stuff, and the presentation was pretty good throughout. SAM voice was great, and the music was nice too. I also really liked how you had the titlecard sequence. The movement could've been smoother, but it felt kind of stylistically clunky. UI scaling I think is the game's greatest weakness.

The story was interesting enough. I thought I predicted the whole plot after the first scene, but you surprised me heheh.

Overall, I'd say it was pretty good.

Good creepy vibes from the game, voice acting also pretty good.

I really like the story of the game. The art is also really good but sometimes the collision arent exactly where you expect them to be or arent as generous as they could be(for example going into the house, i first didnt even knew you could go there because i thought there was a invisible wall). The music and sounds were really good and fitting too :)

I really enjoyed the game, though I don't think it utilizes the theme that much.
I would have liked the game to have more puzzles and interactions.

The length was good, and it was fun overall.

Fun game, nice style - wasn't sure what to do after interacting with the things I could see between two screens... Character movement felt a bit too slow. Good job in all though :)

Thank you!

When the first monster appears, you just have to stand still for a few seconds until it goes away. Then there's a second monster, where you have to make her shoot the door so you can escape.

I like the vocal synth, it's a lot of fun to listen to. Wish i could walk faster.
