Thank you so much for playing! Really detailed and useful insights. I am going to be trying out different control schemes, it's interesting that you had so much difficulty the whole way through. I find long, sweeping movements make the game much easier rather than trying to do little alignments, but I know that, as the developer, there's a line cast from the camera to the character, so you can glide over triangles rather than hitting them perfectly. I think ironing out visuals and giving more feedback to better let players perceive the environment will go a long way. Having some sort of static background or skybox may help with orientation too.

Had to read the comments to know how to play but besides that I love the game! Artstyle is perfect, game is fun and challenging... only problem I have with it is I don't really notice the "enter" message when it's available

Damn dude...

Took me a second to understand what was happening, but it's pretty neat and there's potential here. And as others have said, kino
Will be following this one!

An interesting faller-type game that truly nails the PSX visuals. The angel, the texture of the triangles, the mix of sprites, polygons, and 3D models really digs at the nostalgia.

Music is a verifiable banger while still being haunting enough to fit the surreal visuals.

As others have mentioned the objectives are unclear at first, either an intro or even a short description on the itch page would help a lot.

My only real complaint design wise is the bullets are all but a non-issue, as where hitting triangles is fairly difficult. More merciful hitboxes on the triangles but more bullet-hell like projectiles could turn this project into something truly special.

All in all I give REIZEN: doing 360s around God's messenger/10

this has potential to be genuine kino of the highest caliber if you expand on it and decide to make it more than just an arcade-style score attack game.

A bit unintuitive at first but an interesting concept. Great job!

It took a sec to get used to, but it's very satisfying to hit the green triangles trying to avoid the eye until overheating with the red triangles. The music and graphics are top notch and fully fit the gameplay. I really had fun with it, only flaw with the game is that perspective is hard to perceive in general, but that not the game's fault.
