Got to the Park, where Demo apparently ends, chopped down the whole Forest in the Process.
Movement feels floaty and slow, this isn't aided by the Fact that you have two weird looking feet floating below you when you look down.
Swapping between items feels clunky, and it seems like I'd need to do it quite often, why not have some shortcuts for it?
Listened to the Fishing tutorial but still no Idea how to reel in a Fish. Could look into some of the Horse Statues in the beginning, Taming a Horse seems to serve no other purpose then having it run around behind you so you don't have to walk all the way back for their Dialogue, since riding isn't really faster, and disables interacting. Also got a Dialog Error missing Timeline with chesterfield.
Personally I don't think the dithering for distant objects works as well as it could the way it currently is. I can see it with dithering, but I'd say it should be altered a bit, don't know what would make it look better tho.
For some Reason the Game lags for quite some Time when swapping levels. I understand you're probably loading a bunch of stuff in the background, but with Graphics like these that shouldn't really happen/be masked by loading screens. Maybe its just my old machine tho.
I didn't get the Horse obsession, this seems to just become a traditional Farming/Simulation Game, but centered on building a horse ranch instead of a farm?
thank you so much for playing my game and giving such thorough feedback! These are all good points and this will give me some direction on what needs to get fixed.
Can you give me some more details on how you got the chesterfield dialogue error? Did you tame him? Was it after finishing the tutorial?
I did get the mallet and the planks to get my permits, and delivered those to him. got the error after all those dialogues were done and the door unlocked.
I did try to tame him a couple of times in between and after, aswell as throw a bunch of stuff at him before getting him to actually talk to me, but I think the issue came from talking to him after the permit dialogues etc. were all exhausted.
