Good start. I appreciate procgen. Not sure about getting swept away by fast current in the middle of the river. The rest of the gameplay seems sort of turn-based, as in things only move when you move, but when in a river everything's moving and you sort of have to just click and hope you get to the banks again. Seems like a bit of a disconnect there.
Sticks don't show up in my Inventory. Followed a River, found its ending where a centerpiece of the Currents was in the wrong direction. Is this supposed to mark its source? If so, why is it flowing into there, not out of it? Is this the entry to an underwater Part of the River?
You need some dirt Border or something on the Tiles that go into the River, if the Player gets displaced lower while in them.
Map generation created a big Square of 1 Tile higher Blocks that I couldn'T climb up on. Is this a Bug or supposed to be some Mountain or something? Is Verticality a Thing in this?
Tree hitting is nice.
No Idea why Rabbits run into the Rivers to eagerly, or why the Sea doesn't drop in height the further out I go, but probably just too early.
But other then the missing Stick Icons in the Inventory, not really any Bugs. Or anything there really, this is still really early in development after all. Could be a Fun AdventureSim eventually tho.
I liked getting swept out to sea by a river, that was cool. I liked seeing that the rabbits turned white when I got to the south pole. I liked the pathing, it was very smooth and the guy has a quite cute squash-stretch animation. I found the edge of the world, it's a gray void. Do I won?
Interesting prototype for a survival game, with a pretty cool wiver system. I explored every biome I could see during worldgen, which is itself satisfying to look at. I found a snail, gathered enough wood to try and trap it, and decided to build a dam instead. I don't know what I expected to happen, but keep in mind other players will be retards like me and immediately try this.
Some kind of highlight on whatever item who have equipped would be useful. I placed entirely too many wood blocks before figuring out how to unequip the stick. In fact by equipping a stick, quitting, and genning a new world I was able to create an infinite sticks glitch that throws up nullreference exceptions.
Total playtime: about 15 minutes. I built the greatest construction known to man so I call that a win.
Not much to do besides walk around picking up and putting down sticks, hey?
Looks neat. Water’s neat. Different biomes are neat. I spawned in an area full of raised dark tiles and couldn’t move at all. Tried a few other biomes, they were nice. Really looking forward to seeing where this goes.

Hope to see more.
I recorded playing games with commentary, and your game is one of them.

I did something weird with my inventory screen canvas. If your screen is a weird resolution it might be because of that.
I think there's a bug where rivers will start running in the opposite direction? Or a river will start on top of another river and then end?
The rivers are supposed to start in the mountains and then flow until they run out energy or reach a water tile or another river.
Yea those are supposed to represent mountains.
Verticality is in the overworld generation, but doesn't show up in local gameplay for this demo.

Not a lot to say.
I tried following a river out to the coast of my continent, and eventually reached a colder area with snow.
But I ended up getting stuck between to river tiles moving in opposite directions so they'd just swap me back and forth.
Seems like a neat start for a DF adventure mode or unreal world thing.

p.s. i like to watch the townsends too.
