Feels nice to play, I chose to ignore the abilities and go for the lazy mode (upgrading autoattacks). Wiping out crowds of enemies feels VERY good, but magicians are OP - it seems like their fireballs do continuous damage when they touch you until they despawn. Or maybe I just hit a cluster of those fireballs.

Also I was running around the map and outrun the enemies at some point - it took them some time to catch up to me.

Artstyle is cool. Keep it up, looking forward to more progress!

looks good, i think this game would play well with a controller

SFX could be a huge help too, i died twice because i didn't really pay attention to the orbs that were coming at me

Nice UI too, keybinding works well

Ty a lot! I need to start working on the SFX, player's damage feedback could be better

I guess there is nothing to unlock yet? I like the visuals.

Developer

Yea there isn't much content yet

Nice VS-like! I like having cool abilities on QWER.

Some of the hitboxes seemed janky. Like I was running away from an enemy when I died out of nowhere.

Visuals are already juicy, SFX would be a huge step up.

It's a bit hard to tell the circle projectile from the XP(?) circle at a glance.

As the other comment mentioned, keyboard shortcuts for upgrades would be great.

Some of the random items on the ground looked like they mattered when I guess they're just decorations. The sword & vines in particular.

Developer

Thx a lot! There's a collision bug in the demo build which causes some hitbox jank, and the mages' circle projectile is pretty hard to see yea (and maybe too fast).

Nice game! I wish I could pick an upgrade by using the keyboard since I'm not using the mouse otherwise. That would be a nice quality of life improvement.

Developer(+1)

Ty! yep I'll add the 1,2,3 keys to choose among the upgrades
