i'm basically becoming a veteran of this game little by little, which honestly makes my feedback less valuable now, because tutorials are aimed at brand new players. the thing that bothered me the most this time is the pacing at the beginning. the game expects you to craft beds and a notice board, but to do so you need silk, and for silk you need spider webs, so if you don't find any spiders while raiding you are fucked. why does a bed need two silks? why does a silk need two spider webs? having this unreasonable grind at the beginning can push away players. it's understandable having late game, powerful item to be slow to craft with lots of rare materials, but at the very beginning to get people hooked you should be able to craft tons of stuff easily after every raid.
this is super slick, the raiding visualization is so neat. not my genre of games at all but i had a great time playing it. i thought starting with so many items in item storage would be overwhelming but its fine. maybe too many concepts are introduced to quickly? im not sure. i kinda ignored "projects" for a while and i feel maybe the player doesnt need to know about that right away as they try to figure out all the other stuff. one of the first things i wanted to do was to get more heroes and i guessed that placing more beds might help with that and it worked out. does the crafting menu need to be 'manual'? placing each item on your own. i just used the guide to craft stuff.

I think I'm going to move the advice to make a notice board a bit later as it isn't totally necessary and you start to get webs more later on. Thanks.

Thanks. Clicking craft will prefill the items so you don't have to fill it out manually.
