Like others have mentioned, this might not really fit as a shop theme as it is.
Really liked the sound that comes on the left side at 0:48, works great for the vibe!
Way too dark for the shop theme, but other than that it's a nice track, creates a very interesting atmopshere ! Would work well in a dungeon :D Good job !
Lol, I like how to you named your track "Dready Caves." My shop tune for this game jam is also a tune for a shop in a cave. I was tempted to put a quicker tempo my track, but usually shop music is slower since the main focus is the shop and the shopping experience. I listened to your track in 0.5x speed and felt like if there was a little more groove/swing added to it (and a few other compositional adjustments to cater the tempo), it would have been great too!
I really dig the mood of the track and it would be very appropriate for some cave or spooky temple, not so much for your usual shop.
Mixing wise I am a bit bothered by the way the drum is very crisp and close sounding while the other elements are muddy and far sounding (except for the final lead). Even if its on purpose I feel like its a bit too much.
I think you fell into the same trap I did, forgetting about the track being meant to be a shop theme, but I'm a huge fan of this track nonetheless.
The synth and trumpet sounds are super well chosen and generally the ideas are pretty creative, nice bit of panning as well. In my unprofessional opinion, I'd say to make this sound even more earthbound you could try to use silence a little bit more to break up the constant melodies, just to add that little bit of awkwardness. Still very impressive
